Want to build your booty?? Try this workout on your next leg day!


  1. Barbell hip thrust 3 sets x 10-12 reps

    1. Superset with SL dumbbell hip thrust 3 sets x 8 reps each leg

  2. Dumbbell RDL 3 sets x 6-8 reps

    1. *3 seconds eccentric (lowering phase - take 3 seconds to get to the bottom)

  3. Forward lean cable machine step ups 4 sets x 8 reps each leg

  4. Hamstring curl machine 3 sets x 12 reps



Only four total exercises, but when done with full effort, you'll be glad there isn't more.
