Barbell hip thrust 3 sets x 10-12 reps
Superset with SL dumbbell hip thrust 3 sets x 8 reps each leg
Dumbbell RDL 3 sets x 6-8 reps
*3 seconds eccentric (lowering phase - take 3 seconds to get to the bottom)
Forward lean cable machine step ups 4 sets x 8 reps each leg
Hamstring curl machine 3 sets x 12 reps
Only four total exercises, but when done with full effort, you'll be glad there isn't more.
